收回权，指作者在具备正当理由的前提下，以赔偿使用者损失为条件，收回已经发表的作品的权利。为著作人身权权能之一。收回是指因作者观点改变、作品内容产生不当影响等正当理由，收回已经发出的使用作品的许可或不在继续发出使用许可，以停止该作品的利用和传播，而非将已经流入公众手中的作品原件、复制件收回。我国著作权法没有规定这一权利。
