收获战略 指企业为了削减成本和提高现金流量的目的而减少在企业的某一特定部门或某一特定经营领域的投资，由此增加的现金流量用于满足企业前景看好的新的或增长的部门及业务的现金需要，又称收割战略。对采用收获战略的部门或业务，以所投入资源以达到短期收益最大化为限，把设备投资和其它投资尽量压缩，采用榨油式方法，争取在短时间内获取更多利润，为其它产品提供资金。
