直接故意，“间接故意”的对称。是指行为人明知自己的行为会发生危害社会的结果，并且希望这种结果发生的心理状态。犯罪故意的一种。成立条件是：（1）认识因素，行为人认识到自己的行为会发生危害社会的结果，即明知自己的行为必然发生危害社会的结果或者可能发生危害社会的结果。（2）意志因素，行为人希望危害社会结果的发生，即行为人积极追求危害结果的发生。
