瓷器釉色名。亦称“美人醉釉”。清朝康熙时铜红釉名贵品种之一。烧制时先在坯上施一层底釉，然后吹上一层颜色釉料，再盖上一层面釉，入窑高温还原焰烧成，呈色变化较多，粉红色中略带灰色的称“豇豆红釉”，灰而色暗的称“乳鼠皮釉”，粉红中有绿点的称“苔点绿釉”，带红块的称“孩儿脸釉”等。
豇豆红釉的奇特在于略带粉头的红釉下模糊现出些红色、绿色的斑点或色晕，使釉色显得更加透明、丰盛和出人意料。
