道德观念（moral idea），道德的主观方面。反映历史上变化着和发展着的道德关系，即人们在道德活动中产生的各种关系以及如何处理这些关系的行为准则。与一般的反映不同。它包含特殊的道德论证，反映的并不只是行为的本身，而是包含着行为的品格和价值。其形成不仅意味着人们要了解社会上公认的道德行为准则是什么，而且更意味着人们对它们的承认，即切实体会到它们的正确性，并内化为自己的道德需要，从而才能用来评价别人和自己的行为。它使人们的道德行为变成了真正的自觉行为，保证了人们在是非、善恶之间能够进行正确的选择。
