镜下血尿(microscopic hematuria)是指尿外观变化不明显，离心沉淀后，镜检时每高倍视野红细胞平均大于3个，血中红细胞随同尿液一起排出体外的现象。 尿的颜色发红并不能同血尿等同起来。怀疑有血尿，一定要将尿液进行化验检查，看有无红细胞，才能最后确定。
镜下血尿可以视为正常的术后反应。
