雨果·根斯巴克（Hugo Gernsback，1884年8月16日－1967年8月19日），美国著名科幻杂志编辑，科幻文学的先驱之一，工程师，1884年出生于卢森堡，1904年移居美国，时年20岁。1926年，他创办了第一本真正的科幻杂志《惊奇故事》（Amazing Stories），成为开创科幻类型文学的先驱。为此，1960年匹兹堡科幻年会（Pittcon ）颁给他一份特别的科幻奖，并授与“科幻杂志之父”的封号。年度科幻小说奖以他的名字命名为“雨果奖”。
