  Integrated the vivo and vivtro test , we can make a conclusion as following: The lung tissue of SD rat don't been damaged by the raw Common Monkshood Mother Root (13.0 , 6.5, 3.3g raw drug /kg) , raw Kusnezoff Monkshood Root ( 8.3, 4.2, 2.1g raw drug /kg )and raw salted aconite root (6.18, 3.09,1.55g raw drug /kg). The crude kusnezoff monkshood root (2.94 g raw drug/kg) make the male beagle dogs breathing frequency speeds up and breathing depth augment.

  综合以上体内和体外试验结果，可以得出如下结论：在本实验室条件下，盐附子提取物(6．18、3．09、1．55g生药／kg)、生川乌提取物(13．0、6．5、3．3g生药／kg)、生草乌提取物(8．3、4．2、2．1g生药／kg)对大鼠肺组织无明显毒作用；生草乌(2．49g生药／kg)可导致雄性Beagle犬呼吸频率加快，呼吸幅度增大。
