The Agaricus Blazei mycelia growth thick and denseness, irregular edge, well situated of aerial hyphae, the fastest speed of per day(0.762 cm/d) and the shortest germinating time on kernel culture medium which filtered between five culture medium.
对五种原种培养基进行筛选，结果表明，姬松茸在麦粒培养基上菌丝粗壮密集，菌落边缘整齐，气生菌丝量适中，日生长速度最快(0.762cm／d)，萌发时间最短，为1.00天，满瓶时间最快(27.6天)，说明麦粒培养基适合作姬松茸的原种培养基。
