Pursuant to the Affordable Care Act, a healthinsurance company must spend 80 percent of every premium dollar received from individuals and small group plans on actual health care, and 85 percent when it comes to large group plans.
So I think that is a pretty clear assessment from a nonpartisan group as opposed to a study that was funded by the healthinsurance industry -- but a pretty clear assessment from a nonpartisan group about what impact the Affordable Care Act is going to have on the budgets of families all across the country.
