Lu XiaoMing ,was born in Jinzhou, Liaoning province in 1963,He was a member of Artists Association Liaoning Province. In 1985 he graduated from Liaoning luxun Academy of fine Arts.In 1996 he pursued his study in postgraduate Class for Department of Central University For Nationalities.His art works were displayed frequently in provincial and national exhibitions and won prizes.He took part in exhibitions held in Shanghai and Beijing.Part of his art works has been collected by collectors in home and abroad.
