Responsibilities ·Provide technical support and assistance to internal/external end users, ensuring requests are handled in a timely manner. ·Provide end-user desktop support for current supported versions of Windows, MS Office and other applications. ·Build and setup all desktops, laptops, and peripherals in local and remote locations, including loading of applicable software and backup data as required. ·Schedule and perform routine upgrades and preventative maintenance on PC and Server equipment.
