Against the familiar defects of cluster casting such as sand washing、sand adhesion、cinder inclusion、dispersed shrinkage、ripple and so on. Design the pouring cup of strobe pattern、hollow sprue of foam、sphere riser of atmospheric, through experiment & analyze exist problem ,then improve the design .
针对消失模串铸中常见的冲砂、粘砂、夹渣、缩孔缩松等缺陷,从改进浇口杯和直浇道入手,设计出倾斜式浇口盆、带闸板式浇口盆和大喇叭口泡沫空心直浇道,并就轻质耐火纤维空心直浇道、大喇叭口空心直浇道和纸质空心直浇道进行对比实验,对尚存在的问题提出改进措施。
