The results show that using 50%∶50% Ni60/Ni-CrCr3C2 as cladding material,the laser power P=1.7 kW,scanning velocity V=4 mm·s-1,spot diameter D=3 mm,cladding thickness T=0.6 mm as the laser cladding process,the laser coating with fining microstructure and higher micro hardness can be obtained.
