Methods:24 short-arm-group clasps and 24 long-arm-group clasps were made from prefabricated clasp wax by investing,casting and sandblasting. Each group was divided into 3 subgroups(n=8)according to different types of metal used(pure titanium,cobalt-chromium alloy and Tilite alloy).
