Other winners include a church in the Midlands which is working with refugees and asylum seekers, a community centre in Stirling running a group for mothers and toddlers and a youthclub in Devon.
Back on dry land, William went on to meet Naval families, local community groups and youth groups when he opened a refurbished room at the Drumfork Club in Helensburgh, a social club for Naval families.
Although the council no longer provides its own youthclub in Lowestoft other groups can use The Junction, and the Lowestoft Community Church will be meeting there once a month.
