Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect and the surgical technique of laparoscopic dismembered pyeloplasty.
目的：探讨腹腔镜离断肾盂成形术的操作方法和临床效果。
Methods Retroperitoneoscopic dismembered pyeloplasty was performed on 17 patients of pediatric ureteropelvic junction(UPJ)obstruction, age ranging from 3—10 years.
方法采用经腹膜后径路施行腹腔镜下离断性肾盂成形术治疗小儿UPJ梗阻17例，年龄3～10岁。
