In 2005, Mr. Castro was accused by the mother of his children, Grimilda Figueroa, of domestic abuse, including breaking her nose twice, knocking out a tooth, head injuries and threatening to kill her and the children, in a filing in Cuyahoga County Domestic Relations Court seeking a restraining order.
