Neither Party hereto shall assign this Agreement or any of its rights and interests hereunder without the other Party's prior consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
任何一方当事人未经对方事先同意不得转让协议及其在本协议项下的任何权益，但该另一方不得无理由拒绝同意。
BOB may cancel this Agreement for cause should Supplier attempt to make an unauthorized assignment of this Agreement or any right or obligation arising hereunder.
如果供应方试图对本协议或由本协议所产生的任何权利或义务进行未经许可的转让，BOB可以以此为由取消本协议。
