Methods: 16 patients with impacted anterior maxillary teeth were treated with fixed orthodontic technique.

Conclusion: the treatment with fixed orthodontic technique could be an effective way to deal with the impacted anterior maxillary teeth.
结论：应用固定正畸技术矫治埋伏阻生上颌前牙可以获得满意的疗效。
Results: All impacted anterior maxillary teeth of the 16 cases were successfully moved into alignment with pulpal vitality , and no postoperative complications were found.
结果：16例上颌埋伏阻生前牙均顺利萌出至正常位置，牙髓活力测试正常。未见龈退缩、邻牙牙根吸收和支抗丧失等常见并发症。
