Abstract: In higher vocational college "Management" course cases there are some shortages such as the students lack of learning motivation, teachers selecting management cases just bring, low level of case studies and case reviews and so on, which effect the case teaching. For this, we should guide students to learn actively ask teachers to choose science teaching case, enhance the level of the teacher using case teaching method and actively use modern teaching methods and comprehensively use other teaching methods.
