  Results: The operating time,intraoperative bleeding volume,the 5-year survival rate,recurrent rate of the disease in inguen,the healing time and infection rate of the wound were not significantly different between the two groups;But the incidence rate of complications including lower acute and chronic extremity lymphedema,pain,occurrence rate of cellulitis and sense abnormality were much lower in preserved group than that in ligated group.

  结果:两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、5年生存率、腹股沟区肿瘤复发率均无显著差异,伤口愈合时间、感染率相似,但下肢急慢性水肿、下肢疼痛、下肢软组织炎症发生率、感觉异常等并发症保留大隐静脉组较切除组均明显降低。
