This item is base on analyzing the physicochemical properties of low density cement slurry system and the lightening admixture which is one of the composing of the low density cement slurry system such as bentonite,fly ash,silica powder,slag,hollow microsphere, and so on. Firstly, we design particle compound by grade of the cement slurry system by using of the theory of closed stack; analyzed and evaluate the capability and characteristic of this cement slurry system such as compressive strength, thickening-time, fluid permeability, subsidence stability and so on; Then we choose the optimum combination of the external material, the necessary filtrate reducer and early strength agent through theoretical calculate and laboratory test, and define the basic formula of the different density′s low density cement slurry we carried on surface simulation test and field test in 2 wells.
本文在分析膨润土、粉煤灰、硅灰、矿渣、漂珠等一系列减轻剂及其相应的低密度水泥浆体系中物理化学作用基础上,利用颗粒紧密堆积理论对体系的固相颗粒级配组成进行了设计,分析和评价了所设计体系的抗压强度、稠化时间、渗透率、水泥浆沉降稳定性等性能特点,优选了体系的外掺料、配套降失水剂与早强剂等外加剂的加量,确定了不同密度低密度水泥浆的基础配方。
