Taking Iris lacteal、Lavandula angustifolia、Cobariocalyx matorius and Lupinus polyphyllus as material, we studied the reason of dormancy and took measures to accelerate the germination of seeds and investigated the physiological and biochemical changes during the course of germination after different treatments.
本研究以马蔺、薰衣草、跳舞草和多叶羽扇豆四种花卉种子为材料,分析了种子的休眠原因并采取相应措施促进种子萌发,测定了种子经不同处理萌发过程中一些生理生化变化。
