Objective:To study effects of Lycium chinense Mill leaf tea、tea fortified with selenium and tea fortified with selenium and zinc on lipid peroxidation in rats by measuring glutahione peroxidase(GSH-PX),superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde(MAD)in( blood)serum of the rats.
目的:通过对大鼠血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-PX)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活力及丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量的测定,探讨枸杞叶茶及加硒枸杞叶茶、加硒加锌枸杞叶茶对大鼠脂质过氧化的影响。
