Objective To discuss the role of MSCT in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of non-neoplastic lesions of salivary gland.

The 208 localized lesions were divided into 4 groups: benign tumors, malignant tumors, cyst lesions and non-neoplastic lesions.

Surgical finding and pathologic results confirmed pancreatic adenocarcinomas in 11 cases, cholangiocarcinomas in 4 cases and non-neoplastic lesions in 2 cases.
