Objective To import methods of treatment of nonunion with bone defect of long hone shaft fracture.
目的报道治疗长骨骨不连骨缺损方法。
Method Locking compression plate fixation was conducted on 12 cases of limb long bone fracture nonunion.
方法对12例四肢长管状骨骨折不愈合患者，采用锁定加压钢板内固定方法治疗。
Results Long bone nonunion is connected with those factors including age, fracture site, mechanism of injury, operation history, infection, bone defect and physical exercise.
结果长骨骨不连与患者年龄、骨折部位、受伤机制、既往手术次数、感染、骨缺损、功能锻炼有关。
