Nothing herein shall be construed as a commitment or obligation on the part of either party to enter into any other agreement with any other party.

Force majeure: Either party shall not be held responsible for failure or delay to perform all or any part of this agreement due to natural disasters, war or any other events of force majeure.

This Agreement may not be assigned in whole or in part by either party without first obtaining the written consent of the other party which will not be unreasonably withheld.
