Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of CT-guided percutaneous transthoracic needle aspiration biopsy.
目的：探讨CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检的临床应用价值。
Method: Retrospectly study on 112 patients undergoing CT-guided percutaneous transthoracic needle aspiration biopsy, 94 of which were diagnosed by pathology.
方法：回顾112例CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术的患者，经病理诊断证实94例。
Conclusion: CT-guided percutaneous transthoracic needle aspiration biopsy is a safe and accurate method in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of lung mass, which enjoys high clinical value.
结论：CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检是一种安全、准确的诊断和鉴别诊断肺内病变的方法，具有较高的临床应用价值。
