Objective To observe the morphologic characteristics of SLE patients' bone marrow and peripheral blood smears.

Peripheral blood smears revealedtear-drop shaped erythrocytes in 11 cases, nucleated erythrocytes in 36 and younggranulocytes in 37.
周围血有11例出现泪滴状红细胞，36例出现幼红细胞，有37例出现幼稚粒细胞。
Methods The marrow samples of 650 patients with hematological diseases were detected by peripheral blood smear, bone marrow biopsy and bone marrow smear. Those sections and smears were observed.
