为此，笔者对人正常皮肤、增生性瘢痕和瘢痕瘤标本采用视网膜母细胞瘤易感基因(retinoblastoma susceptibility gene, Rb gene)和p53基因组外显子PCR-SSCP分析方法，以探讨瘢痕瘤的发生机制。
