"Loan agreement" means the agreement between you and us formed when we accept an application for instalment loan or revolving loan from you, the terms of which include these terms.

If we notify you of any changes to loan Agreement in accordance with any applicable law and you keep or use the account for the revolving loan, you are taken to have agreed to the changes.
