Objective To evaluate effects of color Doppler in the diagnosis of ruptured aneurysm of aortic sinus.

Methods We examined 15 cases with ruptured aneurysm of aortic sinus with color Doppler, before and after surgery.
方法对15例主动脉窦瘤破裂的患者进行了彩色多普勒诊断与外科手术对照。
Conclusion Color Doppler can effectively help for the diagnosis of the ruptured aneurysm of aortic sinus, and for surgery type choice.
结论彩色多普勒能准确地诊断主动脉窦瘤破裂并对手术方案的选择起到重要作用。
