Tip the flour and salt into a large mixing bowl. Pour in the dried yeast, sugar and as much of the water as you need to make a smooth, slightly sticky dough.
把面粉和盐倒入大碗混合,倒入干酵母,加入糖和适量的水,做成光滑,微黏的面团。
Slowly add more water, little by little, kneading with your hands for about 5 minutes until a dough is formed. It should feel soft, slightly sticky and smooth.
