OBJECTIVE: to evaluate the long-term toxicity of Ginkgolide B injection on Beagle dogs, and to provide safety evidences for clinical experiment.
目的：研究银杏内酯B注射液的长期毒性，为临床试验提供安全性依据。
METHODS: The HPLC method with Evaporative Light Scattering Detector (ELSD)was established to determine the content of ginkgolide A, B in the Ginkgo injection.
方法：采用高效液相色谱蒸发光散射检测器（ ELSD）检测法测定银杏酮酯注射液中银杏内酯A，B的含量。
