Objective To explore the allergen ingredients of Houttuynia cordata injection and the sensitization mechanism, and establish the method of drug screening allergens in vitro.
目的 探索鱼腥草注射液中的过敏原及其致敏机制，并建立药物过敏原筛选的方法。
Tube plate method, tube dilution method and viable count method were used to determine the inhibitory activity of traditional Chinese medicine injection in vitro, such as Houttuynia Cordata Thunb etc.
采用管碟法、试管法、活菌计数法对鱼腥草等中药注射液体外抗菌活性进行测定，结果表明采用活菌计数法，用原液可以测出用管碟法所不能测出的中药抑菌作用。
