We successfully construct Procaryotic Expression vector pET 32a/SAP2、DMAL-c2x/SAP2,which can express soluble fusion protein when induced by IPTG under low temperature. Totally,we got 4mg target protein to be antigen for antibody checking in immunized animals through affinity chromatography and proteinase cleavage.
2.成功构建了pET 32a/SAP2、pMAL-c2x/SAP2原核表达载体,经IPTG低温诱导,可以表达出可溶性的融合蛋白,通过亲和层析及蛋白酶切得到了4mg目的蛋白作为抗原检测试验动物免疫后产生的抗体。
