The determination of sulfate radical content in sulfated polysaccharides(SPS) by gravimetric analysis of hydrochloric acid hydrolysis and barium sulfate precipation was investigated methodologically.
对盐酸水解—硫酸钡重量法测定硫酸酯化多糖（SPS）中硫酸基含量进行了方法学考察。
Results the polysaccharides with molecular weight from 5000 to 40000 were prepared and the content of sulfate radical was above 18.5%.
结果制备了相对分子质量为5000 ~ 40000的硫酸多糖，其硫酸基含量均在18.5%以上。
