制冷系数(COP,CoefficientOfPerformance),是指单位功耗所能获得的冷量。也称制冷性能系数，是制冷系统(制冷机)的一项重要技术经济指标。制冷性能系数大，表示制冷系统(制冷机)能源利用效率高。这是与制冷剂种类及运行工作条件有关的一个系数，理论上的制冷性能系数可达2.5~5。由于这一参数是用相同单位的输入和输出的比值表示，因此为一无量纲数。
