屏式过热器通常也称半辐射式过热器,是指布置在炉膛上部或炉膛出口烟窗处,既接受炉内的直接辐射热,又吸收烟气的对流热的受热面。屏式过热器相邻两屏间保持较大距离,可起到降低炉膛出口烟气温度及凝渣的作用,防止后面的受热面结渣。同时,它也是现代大型锅炉过热器受热面的主要组成部分。
