枸杞叶为茄科植物枸杞或宁夏枸杞的嫩茎叶。枸杞属灌木或大灌木，叶互生或数片丛生；叶片卵状菱形至卵状披针形，长2～6厘米，宽0.6～2.5厘米，先端尖或钝，基部狭楔形，全缘，两面均无毛。 枸杞可分为三个部分来使用：枸杞叶可用来泡“枸杞茶”饮用；红色果实“枸杞子”可用于做菜或泡茶；枸杞根又称为“地骨皮”，一般当作药材使用，长期使用也不会有副作用。
