枸杞叶为茄科植物枸杞或宁夏枸杞的嫩茎叶。枸杞属灌木或大灌木,叶互生或数片丛生;叶片卵状菱形至卵状披针形,长2~6厘米,宽0.6~2.5厘米,先端尖或钝,基部狭楔形,全缘,两面均无毛。 枸杞可分为三个部分来使用:枸杞叶可用来泡“枸杞茶”饮用;红色果实“枸杞子”可用于做菜或泡茶;枸杞根又称为“地骨皮”,一般当作药材使用,长期使用也不会有副作用。
