牛肉面，是一道常见的面食，也是兰州的传统名食。它具有“一清、二白、三绿、四红、五黄”的特征，且色香味美，誉满全国。全国各地都会有“兰州正宗牛肉拉面”的招牌，但其实都并不正宗，兰州牛肉面只有在兰州才能达到原汁原味。兰州、或者甘肃只有牛肉面，没有兰州拉面。
...店上了一会儿网之后，和Ryan一起出去寻觅晚餐，最后终于找到一家中国餐馆，抱着试试看的心理，我点了Beef Noodle Soup（ 牛肉面）。味道还真是不错，跟中国的口味差不多，只不过面条很明显是方便面。
