自发性高血压大鼠(spontaneously hypertensive rats,SHR)是用一只收缩压持续在150~175mmHg的雄性Wistar京都种大鼠与收缩压为130~140mmHg的雌性Wistar京都种大鼠交配,得到收缩压都大于150mmHg的子代,再选用血压较高的大鼠进行近亲交配,依次进行这种选择性近亲交配20代而获得稳定的高血压遗传性,从而建立了SHR品种。
方法20只雄性自发性高血压大鼠(Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats SHR)分4周龄组、8周龄组、16周龄组、24周龄组,15只雄性Wistar大鼠(Wistar-Kyoto WKY)作为对照。
