蛋黄酒(Advocaat):荷兰语辩护律师之意,属于特殊的利口酒，蛋黄酒一般作为鸡尾酒的一种配料存在，极少有人纯喝蛋黄酒的。蛋黄酒其实里面并没有蛋黄的，都是蛋清和酒调制出来的，而蛋黄酒漂亮的黄色实际上是用食用颜料“日落黄”调制出来的。
