Iraq's CentralCriminalCourt sentenced al-Zaidi to three years in March after he was found guilty of assaulting a foreign head of state on an official visit to Iraq.
The magistrate referred Adebowale's case to a higher court -- the Old Bailey in London, also known as the CentralCriminalCourt -- where he will have a bail hearing June 3 and a further preliminary hearing June 28.
In a statement, the prosecutor general said Alaa, Gamal and seven others had been referred to the criminalcourt on charges of violating stock market and central bank rules.
