Though it emerged from bankruptcy on July 10, after only 40 days in court, GM still has many issues to resolve, including the sale of a portion of its struggling European business and the buyback of certain auto parts plants from its biggest supplier, Delphi , which is trying to complete its own bankruptcy reorganization.
