While it may seem easy to bash legacy healthIT vendors, my experience has been that vendors reflect their customers.
Although I had an exhausting RSA this year (I met one on one with 48 vendors) my survey of the industry was not exhaustive.

In full disclosure, I have to admit that some of the things that these vendors are doing are way beyond my expertise.
