He or she will contribute to the planning, evaluation and follow-up to UNESCO's Regional Office for Education in Latin America and the Caribbean (OREALC), and develop activities to streghten regional cooperation in the field of higher education, in partnership with academic institutions and intergovermental and non-govermental organizations.
