Roberta Alma Anastase, Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies of Romania, Justin Koumba, Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Congo, and Rajkeswur Purryag, Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Mauritius, will participate in the opening ceremony.
