Congressional Republicans are taking secretary-designate Alexis Herman to task for campaign-related work she performed for President Bill Clinton while serving as director of the White House public liaison office.
The task force made 26 recommendations, and police have since implemented all of the recommendations related to missing-persons investigations, including the foundation of a new missing-persons unit and website, said one task-force member.
Det Supt Joanne Chilton, head of the gang task force at West Midlands Police, said the figures include domestic incidents and random attacks as well as gang-related crime but the overall drop in deaths was encouraging.
